I Have a Suggestion for Similar Worlds

I would like to be able to set up my SW so that I see only material from groups I'm a member of, and/or people I am following.

I am having doubts about the value of this site. Too many kids, too many trolls. Maybe your suggestion would help but I am not willing to wait much longer.
