The CDC reports these numbers, as well as Johns Hopkins

Not one vaccine related death has been recorded

They might of occurred, but it has not been documented.

And it is not like media hasn't tried to invent a few

@questionWeaver I would not trust anything the CDC puts out. They are mostly politicians.
