Can we have a temporary report category for people spreading false information about Covid-19?

There's currently a woman saying she's an essential worker and stating that this is all a big conspiracy.

There's no way to report that incredibly dangerous statement.

There should be a tag attached to the posts as warning it's not credible nor verified, also includes links to credible sources of information.

Unless the person has proven their identity and credentials.

This applies to those claiming to have had an infection, and it is not so bad. Positive results of COVID-19 can be provided in a notice.

@Miram Supplying links to credible sources is indeed more helpful than deleting, but that's going to require a lot of manpower and expertise.

And marking someone who had it as a credible source is already venturing into a big gray area.
"For me it wasn't so bad" is fine. "it's not too bad" is true for a majority but not nearly everyone. "It's nothing, just do whatever you want" is dangerous. All can lead from a personal experience, so that alone doesn't make someone a credible source.

@NerdyPotato I don't know anything about how the internet works, but I know if I use the F word in a post it automatically flags it as adult. I assume there's a way of adding a tag to ANY post with the word Covid or Corona in it with a link to the facts?

I am not saying it is a credible source. I am saying if they claim to have had it, they should provide proofs of having it.

It doesn't show that they have the best knowledge available right now. But at least it will weave out more liars and there are many of them here.
