The current age groups are somewhat random and arbitrary. They were copied from the old EP system. I suggest changing them to more uniformed ranges that signify milestones. Each decade is divided into a first and second half. For example:
20-24
25-29
30-34
35-39
40-44
45-49
50-54
55-59
60-64
65-69
70-74
75-79
80+
As for teenagers:
13-14 (early teens)
15-17 (mid teens)
18-19 (late teens)
