Could it be possible to add a filter, so we could see which friends/circle/followers are online?

I believe you have that already that is what the green dot is for when they are online the green dot is green and when they are offline it is turned off mind you people have the right to show that options meaning in the settings they can turn it on or off,.

@Montanaman Well yes the green dot but we can block the green dot so people do not know whether we are online or not.
