I Have a Suggestion for Similar Worlds

Can we crack down on all the revolting sexual stuff people post here, some of it’s so sick and should be left for adult sites. It’s horrible to come here to share experiences but to see a whole load of absolutely sickening stories and questions each time I log on, Makes me want to vomit.

I don't get it. You can limit adult content if you don't wanna see that stuff. If you want a place to share wholesome memes go to Facebook or Reddit or any of the other many social platforms that don't allow users to post their sick sexual content.

Let SW be what it is. Why do you want to change it? Sex is part of the human experience and revolting to you is perfection to someone else. SW is so interesting because of the weird shit that gets posted.

@Doomflower I don't think anyone is saying ban it, just put it somewhere else. I don't want to read a post about how someone loves incest or underage girls..and you can say, "don't read it" but often there enough just in the title

@Bushmanoz underage sex is illegal and not allowed on SW. I've reported obvious pedophiles and other illegal content posts and gotten a response right away several times.

As for incest I am pretty sure that also falls under adult content. You are capable of filtering adult content. Every now and then I see someone who is obsessed with nerd thighs or ammonia scrubbers and mute them along with the dozens of others with whom I choose not to interact on SW based on the content they post.

I don't ask SW to do it for me. I can curate my own feed.

@Doomflower Yeah, I know, and I do the same. But for me personally, i'd like to show other people the site and not have to skip those posts before they are reported, why not simply have an adult section where you can post to your hearts content and people can't complain if they see things they personally dont feel comfortable with

I found EP a few years after the OG open diary shut down in 1999 while I was looking for a similar internet backwater to call home. These places are precious and rare. Please don't disturb the weirdos natural habitat. I hate Facebook.

@Doomflower lol not trying to disturb the normal loveable weirdos. I don't like judging anyone for what floats their boat. I left Ep because I saw posts about men talking about underage girls, and that was it for me. But I have zero problem from what grown people enjoy..I have no idea who even decides "this is normal, and this is a kink" if 2 adults enjoy it, good for them. But I can only be honest and say I do get tired of seeing some of the posts I mentioned, some days im having enough trouble with life, and dont want to deal with it if that makes any sense?
