I Have a Suggestion for Similar Worlds

Hi everyone,
I was thinking of another group called,'To whom it may concern'. This group will allow people to get out their feelings but in a different way. Sometimes you have something to say to a particular group but other times you have something to say to a certain person. That is what this group will be. To whom it may concern. Let me know your thoughts.
