I Have a Suggestion for Similar Worlds

Just came up with a new suggestion. I'm REALLY hoping it's in the works already! Please tell me there will be a way to block people from following me. The creepiest guy on SW just started following me and I really really REALLY want to block him!

What Serenitree said works: If you block them and then unblock them, they are not a follower anymore.
