I Have a Suggestion for Similar Worlds

Is there a particular reason that SW decided to use a PM chat style that is so "outdated" unlike the chat messengers that you see in gmail or yahoo or any other place that has a "chat"

That envelope icon is supposed to be suggestive of "mail", not "chat."

It's free (for the ones who aren't VIP) so I'm thankful for that. Nothings ever good enough for some people. Besides, the site isn't even finished yet so maybe they'll update it or something. @Pink...not complaining and i too have been here since early early on.. BUT they ask for suggestions and i will give them some :-) NOW i have no idea that this has comes across as a complaint and if that is the case then shame on me and not my intent. :-)
