I Have a Suggestion for Similar Worlds

I think users need an offensive word filter [i] with[/i] an expiry date, where posts/questions are muted for the duration of the filter. That way, I could do a case insensitive mute of any post with the word "trump" for 3 years, after which it won't likely be among the most [b]tedious[/b] content on SW.

I’d be okay with a means of blocking categories of questions or groups. That way people could block the topics “politics” or “religion” for example, or various weird groups so those questions and comments wouldn’t appear in their newsfeed.

@bijouxbroussard I used to be big on that idea myself, way back in EP days. but gave up on it when I made the suggestion and it didn't really go anywhere
