I Have a Suggestion for Similar Worlds

I know this has been suggested before somewhere but just need to +1 it again.. I'd love to either only see groups I joined or be able to easily block groups. Reading some of the stuff (generally stuff that starts with 'I'm not racist/bigoted but I'm about to say something horribly bigoted.. but it's ok, you know, cause I said it was'. I really don't want to feed that and it feels so gross to walk away.. would rather just not see it and stay positive / happy
