I Have a Suggestion for Similar Worlds

If someone reports a user they automatically block themselves from viewing posts by that user. Cuts down on harassment.

The option to block someone in one go with reporting would be nice, but I'd like to have a choice. In my opinion it isn't always necessary to stop seeing someone if you feel the need to report one of their posts.
