I Have a Suggestion for Similar Worlds

Would it be better if we have an option to choose our followers and (Spam) Hearters?
Like..Changing the original button of "+" into Two steps process.
The first click means like "Do you mind adding you into my circle?" and the second is "ADD" if the person is allowed to.

In extreme cases, you may change the "Like" button into similar Two step process.
The first click "Do you mind Hearting your Posts?" and the second is "Like" if the person is allowed to.

I am just trying to be helpful after I have read a few posts about Sparm Hearters and Unwanted Followers. Honestly, I am against it because I am one of the Spammers.

It will contradict the original intention of Similar Worlds in making people feel closer and less lonelier.

Or should we just let the minority suffer to make the majority happier?

Am I missing anything here? 🤓

In all honesty I would hate having to click "Give permission" on every heart notification I get. That will get so cumbersome that I'll soon give up on giving anyone permission and render the heart feature useless. That would be a shame.

I'm not sure what you mean by "unwanted followers". Being followed doesn't affect you in any way and I'm sure the follower wants to follow you if he clicks that button. And in the rare case he doesn't, he can unfollow you by clicking the button again.

We have the choice as to whether or not we want to accept the friends requests already. If you don't want to, leave the + as it is, and the person is just a follower. Even if you clicked it to get the check mark, you can always uncheck it.

Autumn-- your English is perfectly fine. I just think I would quickly become overwhelmed doing what you are suggesting. :-)
