Network Issues on Similar Worlds

Hello,

For several minutes, all our servers were inaccessible, due to a network outage.
(everything is ok with the servers and with your data)

It appears to be a wider issue, not just impacting Similar Worlds.

Our network team is currently looking into this.
We apologize for any inconvenience.

UPDATE - This seems to be resolved now.

UPDATE 2 - There appear to be still issues as the website is lagging a lot. We're looking into this.

UPDATE 3 - This appears to be fully resolved now. Many apologies for the inconveniences.

I'm finding the login prompt loops after telling me login is successful. When I click on the home button it closes the login box, otherwise I'd just be sitting waiting. Not sure if this feedback is any help, but thanks for keeping us informed, admins 👍🏽
