"My Warning is unfair! Admins suck!" 🤔🙄

We see several scenarios where...

1) A user intentionally breaks our Terms of Service, causing significant trouble like posting inappropriate contents or offending everyone

2) Admins become aware (through Reports to us), remove the inappropriate contents, and put Warning + Restrictions on the user account

3) The user creates a public post playing the victim and trying to turn other users against the admins

4) And in some cases, the user also contacts us, pretending they don't understand why they've been warned/penalized

This is something we keep seeing happening often, and we wonder what is the goal when someone does this...

There are two ways the user can handle this:

1) Admit the mistake and quit doing the same in the future (and optionally contact the admins to apologize and likely we'll listen to them and reduce/remove the penalty in some cases)

2) Perpetuate the problem, pretend to be the victim and complain about the admins

Please be sure that when you go with option (2), all you're doing is make the admins SURE that their Action/Decision was deserved, and we won't be accepting any apology/appeal. And very likely, we won't "forgive" any future offenses/conflicts, as your account (and any alternative accounts you might create) will be flagged.

As most of you know already, we try to give users as much Freedom as possible, and many mild/once-off offenses are "ignored"/forgiven by us, depending on the impact caused, by us simply sending a Notification to the user, or by keeping the report logged for future reference when dealing with that user again.

However, if someone receives a Warning on their profile, and account Restrictions for it (and in most cases, associated Notifications with details about what those exact offenses were), most likely it was NOT an "unfair" and "automated" action by the system -- with most certainty, it was after days/weeks/months of Reports accumulated by many different users and a member of the staff analyzed and decided that these actions were necessary.

You were very good to me when I had issues with a user who was doing false reports! Always thankful for that! But sometimes I feel my reports on photos that clearly show a very hard c**k have fallen on deaf ears. You do know I was antagonised by another user here also for a long time, I never moaned or stressed to you about it. But I did put a post up about it and I was warned!
I mentioned no names. I never was the antagonise... But aired how I felt only on a post as I felt people needed to know of such a creature, and yet I got warned.
Again I thank you for that one time. But obviously my other concerns are insignificant. And yes I've contributed a lot of my hard earned cash to be safe here, as I need to know who's viewing my stuff and if they are the awful beasts that creep around on sw!

@Dusty101 Sorry about that. But looking at the history of your account, there doesn't seem to have been any warnings put on your account.
Dusty101 · F
@Nuno you warned me in a PM!
Nuno · Admin
@Dusty101 Ah ok. If that was the case, then it's a different type of Warning of what I'm referring to in the post above, where there is penalties/restrictions involved, and the warning is public.

Although, I've just skimmed through our PMs, and I don't see where I warned you about anything.
I wonder if something I said might have been taken the wrong way, and if it was, I apologize for that.

From what I can see, you've been a really great user and your account has always been in a very good standing. Seems I even mentioned that to you by PM :) 👍
@Dusty101 you got a personal warning?!

In private!?

Id say that's fucking favouritism!😂😂😂🤣😂

But seriously....you are a great infinence here ....amd there's the possibility you just got gang reported by the very asshat(s) you were calling out.🤷‍♀️

I do love your directness though ....ya don't mince words 😂🤗💜

@OogieBoogie As I said above, I believe the warning might have been a misunderstanding. @Dusty101's account is in pretty good standing, and the very few reports against the account seem to be all/mostly invalid anyway.

@Nuno you'll find it... Its about when a user said "don't spread hate on the Internet " and that person was cause of a shit show of hate. And so I posted about the hypocrisy of it...
And admin, maybe not you but admin got back to me warning me (wrong word) "highlighting" that it was inappropriate for me to do that.
And I did screenshot a message you guys sent me and I felt it right to send my business to someone here. And you were able to intervene and blur my screenshot for my friend, and I got a message not to do that from you (admin) of course I apologised. But I still to this day will never understand how you were able to know I did that, and you said you don't read my pms, which you clearly knew I sent a screenshot of a reply from admin. Don't worry I'm not insinuating you read our emails! Anyway pity you couldn't remove the hard on c***s that I reported!
Your warnings are valuable to the crap users, but not enough is done!
Dusty101 · F
@OogieBoogie it doesn't matter, I used the wrong word! I should have used, I got a cautionary example not to post that stuff. I didn't get a lebelled yellow sticker thing on my profile! 🎊
@Dusty101 oh ...I get that it wasnt an 'official' warning.

I think its kinda considerate that you got a personal one ....

...That they look at you as a whole , rather than one incident.

This is an example of "the human element".

Imagine the kerfuffle if it was totally automated!!!
@Nuno oh...I believe you.

She's a great user.

Wish more users were like her.

And this is why im glad you try to leave space when complaints are made .

We should be judged on the whole of our input (generally speaking).

Cliques form, and ganging up on people can easily happen.

Sometimes it must take some time to sort out whether complaints are valid or not.

And that must seem like a.waste of time to you guys 😏
