Back when everyone talked on CB radios. There was this one radio couple that their handles were Mr. French & Little Frenchy

I actually have their QSL card somewhere.

Footnote in case you dont know what a QSL card is

A CB (Citizens Band) radio trading QSL card is a confirmation card used by CB radio operators to verify contact with other operators. The term "QSL" originates from the Q code "QSL," which means "I acknowledge receipt of your message." In the context of CB radio, QSL cards serve a similar purpose to those used in amateur (ham) radio, but they are more informal and often used for personal or hobbyist purposes.

Here are some key points about CB radio trading QSL cards:

1. **Purpose**: The primary purpose of a QSL card is to confirm that two CB radio operators have made contact with each other. This can be useful for tracking contacts, verifying signal strength, and documenting communication achievements.

2. **Design**: QSL cards can be designed in various ways, often featuring the operator's call sign, handle (nickname), location, and sometimes a personal message or image. They can be homemade or professionally printed.

3. **Exchange**: After making contact, operators may exchange QSL cards either by mail or digitally. The exchange can include details about the contact, such as the date, time, frequency, and any notable aspects of the communication.

4. **Community**: Trading QSL cards is a way for CB radio enthusiasts to build a community and share their experiences. It adds a personal touch to what can sometimes be a solitary hobby.

5. **Informal Nature**: Unlike amateur radio, where QSL cards are often part of a more formal logging and verification process, CB radio QSL cards are more casual and are primarily used for fun and personal satisfaction.

Here is an example of what a simple CB radio QSL card might look like:

```
-------------------------------------------------
QSL Card
---------------------------------------------
Call Sign: KA12345
Handle: Mountain Man
Location: Denver, CO
Date: October 15, 2023
Frequency: Channel 19
Notes: Great signal, clear and strong!
---------------------------------------------
Contact Info: mountainman@cbradio.com
-------------------------------------------------
```

This card would be exchanged between operators to confirm their contact and share details about the communication.
