can you still use the private message feature on here, if you don't have VIP

i saw some users say there's a restriction in the messages you can send when you don't have VIP? can i still pm people or is it useless without upgrading to VIP?

Yeah you can send, admins are basically trying to cut down on the spammers who message every woman on here.
