Its so boring that I can't send message to anyone new. What should I do?

It has been 4-5 days already and still whenever I try to start a new chat with anyone it says me to wait for sometime or buy VIP to message someone. Its sad because my posts also get no views or replies and I can't message any women here also so I am getting so bored.
