Should SW get rid of private messaging?

Would this improve the feeds?
Or are most people here primarily using messaging while here?
I mean…this can’t be everything this site has to offer, can it?

@Ghostinthemachine Well just like in life you have conversations in groups and you also have conversations with just one person; it need not be sinister.
