Why is it I can’t send messages to people I interact with, but constantly get messages from accounts I don’t know that have nothing on them?

You can't send more than one message in a row to someone unless they have responded to you first while the randos who go "oh a woman let's harass her" probably just send you the one initial message and them spam you once you respond.
