Someone Explain “Message Requests”

And why I have them? Apparently I’ve missed messages because some went to this request box instead of my inbox. I never noticed until just now. I only filtered out under 18s, so why is this happening?

I sometimes wonder if it has to do with linked accounts of blocked users.

I have a few in mine ...usually from users i have no idea who they are.

I didn’t recognize most of the usernames. I don’t think those we’ve blocked can message us. @OogieBoogie

@Carissimi thise weve blocked cant message us, thats true.

But they can make another account to do so .

And users can link accounts . So maybe....if they use a linked account thats connected to a blocked one , it might affect where it shows up in your inboxes.

But ...im only guessing here.

I didn’t know about linked accounts. I use SW like I drive my car ... use the basics, and have no idea about all the extras. @OogieBoogie

@Carissimi ugh....all these new features are doing my head in.

I liked SW for its ease of use....now its like trying to walk a monkey through a banana plantation.
Its all over the place .
