They’re kind of rare. X and Bluesky are just political toxic dumps these days, so don’t bother with those. Sites like instagram aren’t about chat. You can still ask questions on Facebook and find useful answers and comments from people. Honestly though, SW us still a more neutral place where you’re likely to get a decent response to a question.
