An iorbix woman :v

Hello

What was iorbix for? Why are there so many anime backgrounds?
Lilnonames · F
@cerealguy it was a role playing site

@cerealguy iOrbix was another social network but was quickly turned into a roleplaying website. This was because the platform allowed for both "real" profiles and "fictional" profiles, and fictional profiles quickly outnumbered the real ones. The platform allowed you to create and customize your profile, which was great for roleplayers and other people who had that activity as their hobby.

People would pick a character their liked, either from existing fiction (anime, videogames, movies, books, etc) or original characters (sometimes borrowing pictures from existing characters or even famous people), and would roleplay interactions with the other people. They would build their profiles with their preferences and rules, and would connect with other "characters" in order to roleplay casual interactions, battles, adventures, relationships, etc.

Most people from iOrbix speak Spanish only, though, which adds to the gap between both sites.
