Instagram algorithm?

If someone’s profile is public how do people know who they message the most.
Remember back when MySpace was popular and you could see the interactions on there being the “top people”
Is this the same thing for instagram?
Anyone miss MySpace for the creativity you could use in your page?

Only the owner of the profile can see the top people they message the most. It would appear on the share tab and on the order of stories.
