Why did my friend stopped sliding that emoji slider in my Instagram stories to show how much he liked the song?

On Instagram, I mostly post my favorite rock songs in the stories and use that slider asking how cool is this song just to let the rate it. None of my followers really rates them as I guess none of them are into rock music. My friend from college named Rajashekhar used to sometimes use the emoji slider to rate some of the songs by Linkin Park and Breaking Benjamin but never slide for Korn. But he also stopped using the slider these days even though the songs I put are super cool. I remember putting this unreleased demo version of a Linkin Park song in my stories which is just an instrumental version as they never put vocals in it and I kept a poll in the stories asking "Wouldn't it have been awesome if Linkin Park released this song?" and my viewers had to select yes or no but not even Rajashekhar selected anything. Why nobody really cares these days about how cool Linkin Park was? I remember when I was in high school in everyone even in 2014-2016 used to be like woah Linkin Park is sooooo cool but why doesn't Rajashekhar or any of my friends these days feel the same about it?
