How can I get myself to never go on instagram or Tiktok again?

If it's that serious (it probably is not...), just stop going on them. You're a grown adult and no one is forcing you to go on them

i literally tried to delete both of them. but so far ive been on a 3 moth streak with deleting tiktok and im so proud of myself because it helped me to not be so attached to the app. but i couldnt delete instagram. but i feel like if you delete tiktok, you still have instagram, and you could watch reels there. i promise you its not hard to loose tiktok once you dont have it anymore

Delete your accounts often and eventually you will realise that those accounts are not that important and probably even quit permanently.

This statement doesn't apply if you are making a living from those sites.

Uninstall then don’t reinstall 👍 you should consider a daily use quota too some phones have screen time limits to help you regain control

I have deleted all my social media 2 years ago. I can assure u it is possible and it feels great
