The nice house? Same story, Or maybe they know the guy who owns it but it's not THERES and lets them take a photo for instagram because doing well on there might bring in revenue.
The chances are the "Super successful" people you see that are doing so much better than you probably aren't and most of them have a greater than even shot of being highly in debt.
Why do I say this? Because when I was a kid I thought that when people appeared to have money they must have, and then I learned what the hell an APR is and all about the history of credit.
Most people who look like they have money are actually just drowning in debt.
