I am making a new instagram account

People will request to be added if they want access to your account and you can approve who you want. Not too incredibly open but it can be better than being totally open if you don’t want easy access. I have my Instagram connected to my tik-tok; I could be doxxing myself tbh

@being One thing I did was follow a bunch of accounts from separate parts of the world. Instagram was always confused about where I'm from and would show me ads from across the world. But since insta was bought by meta, and on fb I had used the same email ID to create an account for a local exam prep, they figured out my area and I started to get recommended to people from the same career in my area, uggghhh, some of those that I work with now.

@being I think if u make a new email ID and don't use it anywhere except instagram and don't affiliate it with a mobile number, and add a bunch of random accounts from a different t part of the world, you might be safe.
