I Have Been ' Blocked '

It's one thing to block a person - fine, you can't cope with a differing of opinion, and instead of defending your beliefs you'd rather just make the person go away. I get it.

But to then start posting things about that person; about how they're a troll, to be avoided - now that's not playing fair.

I'm certain I'm not the first person this has happened to - it doesn't frustrate me that I was blocked, but to slander me after doing so is really a low blow.

Especially since I didn't once resort to personal ad hominem attacks, and stayed completely on topic. Does this frustrate anyone else?

Yes, I totally agree. I don't think the admins should allow people to post "questions" that target posters by username and ridicule them. I don't like that they're lax about that. And I don't have much respect for the people who do that. Block someone, or accept that you've been blocked, and then go on about your business like an adult.

@bijouxbroussard: You're absolutely right. But like NigelDoes said, I guess it's part of the turf. Just felt like venting though, y'know?

@TheOrdinaryGuy: I get it, but one can vent about being blocked or trolled. It's the folks who go to the trouble of posting a "question" specifically to trash an individual, whom I really resent. It's a form of bullying, imo. I've been on the tail end of that, too, and it's a drag, assuming that these are not little children.
