I Have Been ' Blocked '
This one guy sent me a message a few nights ago stating that he'd like to get to know me and become friends. Thing is, I was in the middle of preparing for bed and I was really sleepy (it was really late at night) so I chose not to respond in that moment opting instead to send him a brief friend request to assure him that I was willing to take him up on his offer. I had every intention of responding to him the next day when I was more clear-headed and wide awake.
I didn't get that chance.
When I logged into SW the following morning to reply to him, I found I already had a new message from him completely indignant that I had sent him the friend request without a message. When I tried to respond to that one I realized I couldn't. There was no text box. Did he block me? He didn't say he was blocking me, but he was obviously upset. I clicked on his profile to see if I would be able to see him, but nope. Immediately got the message stating that I was not allowed to view that profile.
Well, okay then. He didn't even give me a day to respond so if that's what upset him so much, then maybe it was for the best. I'm not known to be an immediate responder as this story shows.
