Why block?

I was poking around a few groups I don't normally check and noticed a number of accounts with fuzzy pictures, sure enough they've blocked me but I have never interacted with them before. Ok by me

Are the images like this? If so, you have to click the words to see the picture.

@michaela2001 I believe OP means profile picture. It doesn't have the option to "show".
