atheist here --i think on two things are true about this
1) way more people are religious zealots than most people think--it is not the extreme minority it is made to be.
2) symboically the non religious are blocked by them all the time in real life. ---it might be in a work environment, social circle, politically or even at a community (neighborhood ) level.
in that idea #2 relates to #1 I get "blocked " in real life at least 1 time a month -but also on here from time to time by Christians

I usually mute the religious groups so I don’t run into those posters and try to leave them alone. But often they read my posts and don’t like my opinions about experiences I’ve had with religious fanatics. So they tend to block me, too.

@bijouxbroussard Why I have most religious groups blocked along with American politics. The latter because I can't handle how Americans talk politically, at least when it's in divisive politics. For me, they are equals.
