Being blocked

If you got blocked over a miss understanding and never got a chance to explain
Does anyone know how to get back to that person?

I got blocked for something I didn’t do. I mentioned it here and the person who blocked me realized they mad a mistake and unblocked me. It’s rare but it happens.
