Kinda, but you also could have just commented. It's a little Oddish to send that as a dm. Then again, it could be a bait account trying to draw out comments so they can block. Sw's always at least a little weird.

@stound Why is it odd to send it as a PM? He posted daily; I hearted his posts daily, even. I mean, I guess I could've commented on one, "Hey, I really enjoy your posts. Thanks!" But to me, that felt more like something to send via PM. 🤷‍♂️

@LookingForIt987 it's not wildly weird, but if you watch some of the threads, it's sounds to me like some people have the notion that p\dms are exclusively about being perverse. I'm not saying that applies to you or anyone else specifically, it just seems to be a swism that's grown. Maybe they took it as a weird thing to send as a dm because to them any dm is going to be weird. I suggested it as oddish just because being appreciative of someone's post doesn't seem too terribly personal or confidential, which seems like the general direction of their use.
