You need help I'd you're eating under 1200. Even if you aren't hungry or wanting to eat more, 1000 is too low. Even 1200 is really low. 1200 is for people who are barely active or for people who are crash dieting. You will gain all the weight back if you eat 1200, because it isn't sustainable.

I agree. Higher calorie intake with exercise is best.
