I Have Been ' Blocked '

Being blocked is awesome. Just when you’re having a conversation where you disagree with someone, and then you suddenly get blocked, it’s like being told... “Ok, you win. I realise I can’t win and you’ll keep making better comments than me so my only option is to block you.” Love it.

Yeah. I got blocked today because apparently my opinion as a young person is irrelevant. Nothing to do with my words, just my age.

@GlitterBug lol I’ve never blocked anyone. I don’t see the point? Surely you just keep talking until something is resolved or you agree to disagree? Or am I just being too sensible now? lol

No that makes sense. I don’t usually block people either unless they’re being super creepy and won’t leave me alone.@sleepyhead

@sleepyhead something to do with putting books about gay people in the teen section of the library. I said I think it should be in a different section, kids kinda get pushed into thinking about those things too soon imo

@GlitterBug See now there's a good example. I personally think it's fine to have books on being gay in a teen section of a library. We probably just disagree on that. That's all. No big deal. Why block someone because they disagree with you?
