You tell people the same thing I tell people. Feel free to comment on my postings. And I'll comment on your postings. If people want to inbox me they better have a damn good reason for doing it. Talking through private messages "just to chat" right from the get-go is a no-go.
I have one SW user who keeps trying to chat with me and I tell him or her the same thing every time. They continue talking back. And so help me Lord, if they reach out to me again, they will get blocked.
