I wanted to ask some personal questions but I'm afraid of being judged lol I tried other sites and people are brutal online

The algorithm will eventually eliminate the worst from your feeds. It takes a while though. Be careful who reply to however.
If the algorithm thinks those in your feed are a fair match, it's usually safe to ask them your questions. Yet comments and replies can and do come from other areas of the site.
