Fake page been up of me for 5 years straight

I told people to help me report it. The more reports the better. Facebook won’t do anything about it. I have a rare name. I know this is a fake page. The fake page even messaged me and said I have to pay to get the fake page deleted. I never sent money. I don’t know why people try to hurt me like this. I gave up reporting it.

Same thing happened to my dad there’s a fake page of him with his name and his photo and we reported it numerous times and fb doesn't care. Its bs
