what do you do when you don't know how to approach women or respond to them
i lack experience and confidence in this area greatly, i've had a lot of problems throughout my life, mainly mental problems and i missed out on relationships or having a partner, but i did have quite a lot of sexual flings in my youth.
now i live alone in a small flat, my only support system are my elderly parents who live far away.
anyway on facebook earlier one of my female school friends from back in primary school, said in a comment to my post, that ' she loved me' and ' if i ever need to catch up, just let her know xx' - i was really overjoyed at getting that message and it made me feel on top of the world and i replied ' i love you too' and i said ' i will do' xx.
but i have the tendency to feel needy, clingy and be too eager with women and i don't want to do that...because i know it scares them away...so i was wondering how to approach my old school friend and take her up on her offer?
and just, how to approach women in general? as i don't have the know how or experience and lack confidence, because of how my life went.
