That didn’t last long

Well the detox lasted less than 24 hours lol 😂 yes I am back on Facebook but not instagram thought I’d ease myself in slowly lmao 🤣

My bipolar has been terrible last few weeks not going to lie I know I’m not meditating much which always affects my moods if I don’t and I have been drinking a lot which never helps but I know I will level out at some point!!
