What’s a ‘ PCH list ‘ on Facebook cause I don’t have a clue and a person said to me there a package there for me or is it a bluff

PCH is Publishers Clearing House. If you haven't entered then it's a safe bet that it's a scam. And I'm not even sure they distribute products as prizes. I'd take a sec to check the person out. If their page looks sketchy/new it's probably a scam.
