Facebook group admin and mod question

Can an admin make it so any posts done by a certain mod is seen less in a group on Facebook? I'm a mod in a group and my friend is also a mod who does giveaways all the time. There's this admin that I really dislike and I wouldn't put it past him to make it so the members see my friends post less so he could win the giveaways. My friend's posts used to get 200 comments in a day and now he's lucky if he gets more than 60 in 2-3 days and a lot of those comments are him replying to people.
