You can date some one within-- I am not sure-- 2 or 3 years of your age in Oregon. For example-- a 16 year old girl can engage in sex with an 18 year old boy. The state of Washington, the age of consent is 16, unless-- you teach... and then teacher/ student relationships are not allowed.
