Miss those EP Days

I was a high school kid. EP Started off as just a place I came to get help with my homework. Eventually it became what felt like a second home. I made genuine Friends , that felt like family almost at times. Oh how I miss those EP days. EP introduced me to people that molded into my life forever and I mean that in a good way. I found love, pain, comfort all in one place. I made an account after the cross over years ago and transferred my information but it just didn’t feel the same especially since I lost most contacts from EP except the ones I was super close with. I’m giving it another Go however, Anyways just wanted to share that with everybody lmao

I met two people there who I became fast friends with. I hoped that one of the relationships would become romantic, but we remained good friends as I helped her get out of Boston and away from a stalker. We’ve now been best friends for about 15 years and she’s happily married out in the Midwest- just not to me. :(. Other chat friends I made then I stil correspond with. Maybe the internet was more authentic in the early 2000s? I don’t feel like friends I meet now will be around that long.
@joe438 hey! I also made friends with an EP woman and crushed on her a bit - we remain good friend s11 yrs later. Cool 😎
