I Have Learned A Lot From Experience Project
(OK, I've learned a lot from from SW, not EP... )
I've learned that the world is full of:
1. Dickheads who treat women like crap.
2. Women who are totally OK with being treated like crap.
This is truly a revelation. I thought that most men treated women with respect, and that most women would not tolerate men who didn't treat them with respect. I guess I'd been living in a bubble all these years, where all men behaved properly and all women would have high standards. I stand corrected.
Sort of like when I learned that 60 million Americans are capable of voting for a lying, cheating, xenophobic, sexist, racist and obnoxious bully. It was truly a shock, I sincerely thought Americans were better than that. But that's another story...
