Is this site like an experience project replica?

@offingg: EP is closed for one. It's entirely seperately coded and looks a bit different so copyright wouldn't apply and it's not a TM violation since again, no EP to infringe and it noone is confused that this is a different site. etc.

@GoldenWorm: Doesnt it count as stealing the idea? Many groups on here are the exact same, the general idea too, I dont think closing would stop copyright issues either. Maybe EP owners are just not interested anymore.

You'd have to ask a copyright attorney then. I don't think there's enough similarity.
