All I can say is

There are many pedo regulars. But I think for most it is not a mental disorder. It is just another manifestation of their broken moral compass and degeneracy.

It’s a challenge but you can have a decent conversation here. Just block them if it gets too spicy for you.

There is, with the right people. Some people will appear to be decent for a while, but will show their perviness eventually. As others have said, report and block. Hopefully something will be done about them if enough people do that.
