I Want to Improve the Experience Project

Removing People... It should be easier to remove people from our circle, it would be great if you had an option like on an email webpage, as you select multiple at once and click a delete button.. it's so difficult to clean your circle, but it's also important.

Actually it would be nice if when someone you have communicated with...removes you and you have no idea why...if you were told why. If people like to play games this way, randomly be on your list a few days, interact on stories, through messages, and out of the blue, delete you..then it is better for me not to have them on my list anyway. I am here to enjoy reading, writing and meeting people, not play childish games.
So my suggestion is, when a person has done nothing wrong at all, it would be nice knowing why you are no longer friends.
Wings1969
Yes completely agree that every relationship is a two way street. If someone does go out of their way to ignore another, then maybe they should be deleted. I do not set out to ignore anyone. I am often signed into my computer, but not always right there...I often step away.
I hope that no one ever takes that as meaning that I am ignoring them, as it is not like that! :)

I couldn't agree more. I've got a very small circle, i prefer it that way because it makes it easier to stay connected to friends. Recently someone that was on my list changed their profile name, and after I asked them politely why they did that, they just disappeared. No answer, no sign that they'll be leaving or anything. Just disappeared. This is someone who I have spoken to for hours about personal things. Her life, her spouse, her children etc. It's a shame I don't remember exactly what they changed their name to because I would hunt that person down and nag nag nag until they went insane. Haha... Still, it would have been nice to know what happened. Are you leaving EP, am I blocked, whats wrong? Just because you're on the net does not mean that you have to disregard common courtesy. It's a shame.

Narcissistic (look it up). That's a self inflicted wound if ever I saw one. One good thing about EP is that when you leave a really embarrassing comment you can sneak back later and delete it. Of course, there's a certain integrity to leaving it there. I add people I like. It puts them under no obligation. If they added me first or add me back, it puts me under no obligation. If they say something that makes me smile or think once in a blue moon, that's a bonus. Why all the angst?

Marquez I agree with you sweetie.. and you also made me smile greatly as usual =D

I'm not sure which I liked more; your suggestion or the comments that followed. You handled that very well, ravenge. I raise a glass to you ;-)
Ravenge · F
thank you RR, I am awesome like that ;)
RedRubies
You are super duper awesome!
CopperCoil
the reason i have 400+ friends half of whom haven't been on ep in over a year. but i am not going to delete one by one.
Ravenge · F
exactly!!
Scorpio1987
ravenge - You only have 44 friends though, so I presume you are doing pretty well with limiting the amount of people you add.
Ravenge · F
oh yes, I am quite reserved, I want to have fewer.. half of those 44 have not been on EP for months, but I refuse to go through the current ep way to remove them.
kiki1956
They also need to get rid of profiles that have nothing on them for over a year!
idlewatcher
Yup, unfortunately some people turn out a wee bit different than you anticipated :)
jerrica
i agree and i wish ep would come up with a way to make it easier for us.
kiki1956
