Where Is That Damn Comment?... Sooooooo......you tell me there is a new comment on a story. Great!!! I would love to read it. ......just as soon as you tell me where in the hell it is buried in all the replies and responses. I miss the old days of responses all being in order. No replying to a reply....Sheesh.....we can figure out the flow of a conversation. If a response is specific we will make it specific.

You shouldn't be sent on a goose chase looking for a new comment buried among others--I want to make sure we fix this right away.

I'm going to work with our developers to make sure that when you receive a new comment notification that you're directed to that specific comment, so that you never miss out on new comments.

To help me figure out what's going wrong, please send me an example of a new comment notification you received and the url for where you were direct.

Prime example.....every time someone posts a comment on this story I get this link....

Epiphany..... When I click on a comment in my activity feed that one of my friends has made it takes me directly to it. Buttttttt.....if I click on it from my notifications across the top it only sends me to the story.

It is absolutely shameful, eh Dot? I can't find anything anymore. I like to respond, ya know? I like to appreciate gesture, notes, gifts, and comments. Now everything is just lost in a shuffle of mess. A lot of us old time EPeeps, are getting fed up and leaving. If EP wants a group of one-hit-wonders, they are going to end up with that real soon. EP was so organized, and simple to use when I first joined in late 2011, but someone decided to "improve" the site, by changing what was easy to use to now just frustrating to use. So many changes that just made EP less user friendly.

well if they would use their f*ing brains and highlight the new comment(s) reply(s) and yes put the replies in order from either earliest to latest or latest to earliest instead of making you HUNT for it

Yeah, we used to be taken directly to the particular comment. EP keeps taking away functionalities, such as that.
